“Myanbar”, Farmhouse on the Hill, Uralla
This farm accommodates five distinct residential areas, including a couple of homesteads, a manager's residence, housing for itinerant staff, and shearer's quarters. Initially, our farming family had requested a grand homestead, and we swiftly drafted a layout for such a project. However, upon assessing the costs and time required for its construction, it became evident that a more expedient and resource-efficient solution was necessary for this young family....Fortunately, the little house on the hill with established charm could be altered in a little less than a year with a budget that suited the current circumstances. This house is perfect for a young family of five and will one day be the perfect guesthouse when the envisioned grand homestead is built. The finest homesteads evolve over generations, encapsulating the stories and experiences of the past. They expand in tandem with the growth of family operations, accommodating an increasing number of individuals as the farming enterprise thrives. During our recent visit to capture these images, we observed the growing workforce supporting our clients, engaged in various activities. This progress marks a significant transformation from the time our clients first took over Myanbar three years ago. It is with great anticipation that we look forward to one day constructing an exceptional homestead on this farm.
